At Ariel's Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your piece isn't perfect, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Jewelry

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original branded box and secure it inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
